Welcome to our Meet the Team series where over the coming weeks we will be introducing you to our Calteq team members. We truly value the relationships that we have with you our customers and so we want to tell you more about us so that you can get to know our team better.
This week the spotlight falls on our General Manager, Jermaine Clarke.
Name: Jermaine Clarke
Role: General Manager
About Jermaine:
Jermaine is based in our Ipswich office but is often in the Royston office too, although currently remote working like the rest of us. He joined Calteq as Head of Customer Service back in 2014 and last July became our General Manager. Jermaine is responsible for keeping the Calteq machine ticking over and overseas all our day-to-day operations including the teams.

What does a typical day look like for Jermaine?
A typical day would begin with checking in with the teams to ensure everything is running smoothly. Keeping track of any new or on-going projects. Offering advice and guidance to the teams where required alongside dealing with any customer-related queries.
Interests and hobbies
While not really a hobby, outside of work Jermaine is a busy dad of three. He is also sport mad and enjoys playing golf, squash and badminton and is an avid viewer of Manchester United and NFL Team, Philadelphia Eagles.
Aside from that Jermaine lays claim to being a mean chef of Caribbean dishes and we are all super excited to return to working in the office and being treated to some of his culinary delights.
