Advance notification of our impending price increase from 1 April 2021
Dear customer,
As you may be aware, every year the telecoms industry increases its tariffs based on the prevailing RPI.
As these increases have also been applied to our wholesale provision, we find ourselves with no option but to increase our own tariffs by a similar amount. From 1st April 2021, our prices will increase by 1.5%.
With our increase lower than all of the UK networks, we retain the competitive edge for pricing and the numerous additional services we offer.
